By using the Velocius website (esim.velocius.org, esim.velocius.ru) and purchasing an eSIM plan, you confirm full and unconditional acceptance of this agreement.

The service grants access to a digital product — an eSIM plan of partner mobile carriers. The product is considered delivered once the QR code and activation details appear in the Buyer's account.

The plan price is shown on its page in Russian rubles and includes all fees. Payment is completed on the payment provider's secure page; card details are not collected or stored by the website.

eSIM is a digital product activated on first connection to a carrier network. In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, a digital good of proper quality is non-refundable once activated. If a technical error occurs before activation, please contact support@velocius.org.

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the quality, speed, or reliability of carrier networks in the destination country, or for restrictions imposed by foreign carriers or authorities.

Site materials are protected by law. Copying or redistribution without the rightsholder's consent is prohibited.

The administration may suspend access to the service for violations of this agreement or signs of abuse.

The administration may amend this agreement without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

Disputes are resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation. Questions about this agreement: support@velocius.org.
