eSIM is a digital product that is activated immediately after payment. By clicking "Buy" and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read the user agreement and understand that digital goods of proper quality are non-refundable under applicable consumer protection law.

If your eSIM was never activated due to a technical error, please contact our support team at support@velocius.org — we review every case individually.

Cancellation is only possible before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been processed and the eSIM has been issued, cancellations are not accepted.
