Privacy Policy

This policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (Russia).

Data collected

Buyer's email address, order history (plan, amount, status), and technical information about site visits. We do not request or collect passport data or photos.

Purpose

operating the site and delivering eSIMs, communicating with the Buyer about their order, and analysing and improving the service (legal basis: Article 6(1)(5) of Federal Law 152-FZ).

Retention period

for the duration of the contract and no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing.

Payment data

card data is not collected or stored by the site — processing is handled by the payment provider in compliance with PCI DSS.

Cross-border transfer

order data (plan code, email) is shared with eSIM Access, whose servers may be located outside Russia, solely for the purpose of eSIM provisioning.

Yandex Metrica

the site uses Yandex Metrica analytics. Usage data is transmitted to and processed under Yandex's privacy policy. Continued use of the site constitutes consent to this.

Data protection

reasonable measures are taken to protect your data, but absolute security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

you accept the risks inherent in transmitting data over the internet. We are not liable for loss or theft of data caused by third parties or by you.

Changes to this policy

these terms may be amended without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
