Unlike a physical SIM, you do not insert it — the operator profile is loaded via QR code. eSIM is supported by all modern iPhones (XS and later), Google Pixel (3 and later), Samsung Galaxy (S20 and later) and many other models.

Yes. Most modern smartphones support Dual SIM (eSIM + physical SIM). Keep your home number on the physical SIM for calls and SMS, and use the Velocius eSIM for data abroad — without roaming charges.
After payment, a QR code arrives at your email within 1–2 minutes. Open "Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM" (iPhone) or "Settings → Connections → SIM manager" (Android) and scan the code. The plan activates on first network connection in the destination country.

Yes, hotspot sharing is allowed on every plan in the catalogue. The only limit is reduced speed once the bundle runs out.
Prices start at ₽200 for 1 GB / 7 days. Cost depends on country and data volume: e.g. 5 GB for Turkey/30 days ≈ ₽900, 10 GB for USA/30 days ≈ ₽1500. See the catalog on the home page for current pricing.
eSIM is a digital product activated immediately on payment. Under Russian consumer protection law (Article 26.1 §4) digital goods of proper quality are non-refundable. If a technical error occurred before activation — email support@velocius.org and we'll review case-by-case.
Yes, if you choose a regional plan (e.g. "Europe", "Asia", "Global"). Each plan page lists the covered countries. Regional plans are convenient for trips across multiple countries without buying a separate eSIM for each.
